Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every item is cut, poured, sanded and finished by hand in our workshop in Türkiye. No two are identical.
What wood do you use?
Primarily olive wood, chosen for its density, warm tone and dramatic grain. We combine it with high-quality epoxy resin. Some pieces are made from cedar or walnut; the product page says which.
Is each piece unique?
Always. Natural grain, knots and epoxy pours vary from piece to piece, so your piece will differ slightly from the photos. That variation is the point of a live-edge piece, not a fault in it.
Can I see my piece before it ships?
Yes. Ask us when you order (or any time before it ships) and we'll send you photos and a video of your actual finished piece. We pack it only after you're happy with it.
Orders & custom work
Can I order a custom size or design?
Yes, we accept custom orders — see our Custom Orders page.
How long until my order ships?
Nothing is kept in stock; your piece is made after you order. Making time depends on the piece and how busy the workshop is: 3–5 business days for wall clocks, moss art, shelves and mirrors, 3–7 business days for epoxy resin pieces, and 5–10 business days for large tables. Each product page shows its making time.

Shipping & returns
How do you ship, and how much does it cost?
With FedEx or UPS Express. Shipping is free on orders of $140 or more; orders under $140 pay a flat $29. See our Shipping page.
Where do you ship?
For now we ship to the United States only.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We pay the US import duties, so nothing is billed on delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send photos — we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full. See Returns & Refunds.
