Track your order

Every piece is made after you order, so it is made first and then shipped. Here is where you can follow it.

  1. Shipping email When your piece is dispatched we email you its tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Your order confirmation email also has a link to your order status page.
  2. Your orders Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code — no password needed — and your orders appear with their status and tracking.
  3. No tracking yet? Tracking appears once your piece has been made and handed to the carrier. The lead time on each product covers making and dispatch. Shipping details
