We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
30-day returns
You may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, undamaged condition.
How to start a return
- Email info@lumvinwood.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll send return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production begins.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the packaging and item and email us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or full refund.
