Every LumvinWood piece is made to order by hand, after you place your order. Please read these terms before ordering — and if anything is unclear, ask us first at info@lumvinwood.com or on WhatsApp.
14-day returns for damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@lumvinwood.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the piece and the packaging. Once verified, we will make you a replacement free of charge or refund you in full — your choice — including return shipping when a return is required. Please do not send anything back before we confirm the instructions in writing.
Why a return needs a reason
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (for example size, colour preference, or no longer needed). Every return must be for one of the reasons above.
Cancellations
Production starts soon after you order, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If we have not yet started making your piece, we cancel and refund in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
