Shipping
Every piece is made to order in our workshop in Türkiye and shipped from there with FedEx or UPS Express, carefully packed to arrive safely.
Where we ship
For now we ship to the United States only.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $140 or more.
- Orders under $140: a flat $29 express shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Processing time
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is cut, poured and finished after you order. How long that takes depends on the piece and on how busy the workshop is:
- Wall clocks, moss art, shelves and mirrors: 3–5 business days
- Epoxy resin pieces: 3–7 business days (resin is poured in layers and needs time to cure)
- Large tables: 5–10 business days
The making time for each piece is shown on its product page. Custom commissions agreed by email take longer; we confirm the timeline before you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from Track your order.
Duties & taxes
We pay the applicable US customs duties and tariffs. You will not be billed for them on delivery.
