Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges vary by country, are not included in the purchase price, and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Coordination: To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery experience, please include your phone number in the order notes. We share this with our courier partner (UPS) solely to assist with customs clearance and local delivery scheduling.

Express shipping

Free UPS or FedEx Express shipping on US orders of $140 or more; orders under $140 ship for a flat $29. We cover applicable US customs duties and tariffs.

Orders outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please provide a phone number for delivery and customs clearance.

Care

Indoor use. Wipe gently with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity and standing water. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on the wood.

If something arrives damaged

Write to us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos of the piece and the packaging. We remake it or refund you in full — your choice. Keep the packaging until we have answered.

Pick the size and finish. If you need a measurement that is not listed, write to us first and we will quote it.

We choose the wood

The piece is cut from the trunk or plank that suits it, so grain, knots and live edge are unique to yours.

We make and finish it

Shaped, sanded and finished by hand in our workshop. Resin, where used, is poured in layers and cured before finishing.

It ships to you

Packed by hand and sent with FedEx or UPS Express — free on orders over $140. The making time is shown on each product page.
