Care

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight. Occasionally feed the wood with food-safe oil or beeswax.

If something arrives damaged

Write to us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos of the piece and the packaging. We remake it or refund you in full — your choice. Keep the packaging until we have answered.

  1. My clock (30") arrived today and it is absolutely breathtaking! I was so worried about how it would hold up in transit but it was packaged so well and the hands were carefully packed away to where they couldn't be damaged. It is simply stunning. I havent hung it yet as im waiting for my husband to be in town. Highly recommend! this is such a statement piece!!

Every piece is cut, finished and packed for the order in front of us. That is why sizes and finishes can change, and why the lead time is listed on every product.

    You order

    Pick the size and finish. If you need a measurement that is not listed, write to us first and we will quote it.

    We choose the wood

    The piece is cut from the trunk or plank that suits it, so grain, knots and live edge are unique to yours.

  3. 03

    We make and finish it

    Shaped, sanded and finished by hand in our workshop. Resin, where used, is poured in layers and cured before finishing.

  4. 04

    It ships to you

    Packed by hand and sent with FedEx or UPS Express — free on orders over $140. The making time is shown on each product page.
