A floating shelf cut to a slim 0.8" (2 cm) profile, so it reads as a line on the wall rather than a block. Solid Mediterranean cedar throughout — no MDF, no particle board, no veneer.

Why the thin profile

Most floating shelves are built thick to hide their brackets. This one keeps the hardware concealed inside a slim board, which suits kitchens, bathrooms and any wall where you want the objects to carry the weight visually, not the shelf. It works especially well in pairs or in a staggered run of two or three.

Each shelf is cut to order. Tell us the length and depth you need — and the quantity, if you are planning a run of shelves — and we will build the set together so the grain and tone match across them.

Living material

Cedar is aromatic, warm-toned and full of movement. Grain, knots, small checks and tonal shifts vary board to board; that variation is the material, not a fault.

Care

Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Keep it away from standing water, continuous humidity and long spells of direct sun.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, write to us within a few days of delivery with photos and we will remake it or refund you. Because each piece is made to your order, we cannot take change-of-mind returns.

    We choose the wood

    The piece is cut from the trunk or plank that suits it, so grain, knots and live edge are unique to yours.

    We make and finish it

    Shaped, sanded and finished by hand in our workshop. Resin, where used, is poured in layers and cured before finishing.

    It ships to you

    Packed by hand and shipped free, worldwide. The lead time on the product page covers making and dispatch.
